“I had rather hear a dog bark at a crow than a man swear he loves me”

When Don Pedro and his soldiers arrive at Messina, the stage is set for a time of parties, weddings & celebration.

Meanwhile, Benedick & Bertram resolutely refuse to acknowledge their very obvious attraction to each other, leaving it up to their friends and family to try to bring these reluctant lovers together. But in the midst of all the romantic fun, storm clouds are gathering and a sinister plot is afoot which will test everyone’s loyalties.

Shakespeare’s warmest & wittiest comedy gets a thoroughly modern makeover as two of his best-loved characters are reinvented as Benedick & Bertram and the original romcom is given a 21st century twist
